Our Education Consultants will provide you with assistance and advice on finding suitable student accommodation which is within easy walking distance to our campus. Various room types to suit your budget are available. All accommodations are equipped with 24 hours security and access control for added safety measures.

Contracts are usually for 1-year and will be signed upon your arrival. Please note, where tenants are under 18 years of age, the contract must be signed by the tenant and a guardian (who must be above 18!).

Rooms are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. You can reserve up to 3 months in advance. We highly recommend booking ASAP as available spaces are limited to each term. To avoid disappointment please book early. We will advise you on whether to pay the Early Booking Fee or Booking Fee.

Booking Guidelines
A booking fee – equal to 1 month’s rental – is required to reserve the space. This will be used as the rental for your first month of stay.

Before you move in, Damai Residence will also require the following:

• 2 months rental deposit (refundable after completion of contract)
• RM 500 utility deposit (refundable after completion of contract)
• RM 100 keys deposit fee (refundable after the return of all keys and access card)
• RM 150 processing and stamping fee (non-refundable) Deposits are refundable after completion of the contract.

Booking Fee: Upon confirmation that a room is available when you would like to book, you can directly bank in the Booking Fee. This is equal to one month’s rental and must be banked into Damai Residence’s account for the confirmation of the room. Rooms cannot be reserved without payment. This Booking Fee will be used as your first month’s rental.

Please note, Booking Fees are non-refundable in event of cancellation.
