LECTURERS & SENIOR LECTURERS

Raffles Kuala Lumpur is undergoing expansion, extending our program offerings from Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree programmes in collaboration with Raffles University. Considering this growth, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Full-Time and Part-Time Lecturers in the field of Art, Design, Business, Accountancy, Supply Chain Management & Psychology.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum for the Bachelor’s Degree programs.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.

• Teaching and Assessment:

  • Facilitate learning experiences that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.

• Student Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
  • Actively participate in student mentorship, guidance, and support.

• Program Expansion:

  • Contribute to the successful transition of programs from Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree level.

• Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and academic leadership to ensure the seamless delivery of educational programs.

• Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the field.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Fashion/Business/Psychology or related field.

• Experience in previous teaching at the diploma or degree level is preferred. Additionally, industry experience in a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• A genuine passion for educating and nurturing students in the field of Art, Design, Business, Accountancy, Supply Chain Management & Psychology.
• For Part-Time positions, flexibility in working hours is essential.

EDUCATION CONSULTANT (SALES EXECUTIVE)

The post holder will provide consultant and information to prospective students and/or their parents on all courses offered by Raffles Kuala Lumpur.

This position holder will participate in various marketing activities to promote the programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and careful explanation (face-to-face or via other media) on education guidance to prospective students and/or their parents and ensuring such experience is positive and satisfactory.
• Organize resources that lead to achieving recruitments target set by the Management.
• Plan, prioritize, coordinate and attend school visits, exhibitions, roadshows and other outreach activities of the College.
• Administer and follow up with students’ enrolment and ensure timely tuition fees are paid.

Requirements:

• Preferably candidate with 1- 2 years of working experience in any field (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, target oriented and independent with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Creative, resourceful and customer-focused.
• Must have valid driving license & own transportation and able to travel within Klang Valley & within Malaysia.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate must be able to speak in ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA.
• If able to speak MANDARIN, is an advantage.
• 2 Full-Time positions are available.
