Raffles Kuala Lumpur courses are accredited by the Malaysia Qualifications Agency (MQA) and approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Education (MOE). As our courses are conducted in English, all applicants are required to have a minimum standard of proficiency in English.

NOTE
All classes are conducted in English. Students that do not hold the minimum of credit in English are required to sit for an English proficiency test conducted by Raffles Kuala Lumpur. If necessary, students are required to take the ELP programme (conducted in-house). Our ELP programme is an intensive course that covers a period of 3 months per level.

FEE REFUND POLICY

 

All fee payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Situations, where a refund may be considered, are as follows:

The student is an INTERNATIONAL STUDENT where the student visa is refused by EMGS / Immigration.
30 days written notice given to the ADMISSIONS / STUDENT SERVICES UNIT prior to the start of the Semester.

 

Refund for Withdrawal due to Termination of Enrolment:

 

The College will notify the Student within thirty (30) working days in the event the students do not meet the minimum course entry requirements as stated in SCHEDULE A (please refer Student Contract) within any stipulated timeline set by the Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).

The Student will be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and or be entitled to a refund of the tuition fee proportional to the number of modules paid for but have not commenced.
