像花一樣的年紀 is a metaphor in Chinese. It basically means “young and beautiful and in someone’s prime”, just like blooming flowers. The phase is referred to either young women or men between the age of 16 to 20, however in my personal opinion, age has nothing to do with many values in the world, but only with time. Every number of age should be your best age, and you don’t have to stick to the secular definition like 18 or 20 years old is your best timing. No matter how old you are, you should not be defined, you are always in your flowering period.
“Don’t let anybody tell you you are ever past your prime. Never give up.” ——Michelle Yeoh
