Congratulations and Welcome on board Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Sarah binti Omar as Academic Advisor (Business Department) at Raffles College of Higher Education.

Dr. Siti Sarah Omar has been an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) Johor Malaysia since 2008. She obtained her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom in 2015. She graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Honors in 2002 and a Master of Science (Human Resource Development) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Johor in 2006.

Prior to joining UTHM, she had several years of teaching experience at a private higher institution in Kuala Lumpur. She has several years of leadership and management positions at the Faculty level and University levels. Currently, she holds the position of Deputy Director of the University Technopreneurship Centre at UTHM. Her expertise is in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Networking. She has published several books, plentiful of Scopus indexed and ISI journals; and conference proceedings since 2010.

She has several local and international grant projects on HR and green entrepreneurship that gives impact the students and community She is also an active and dynamic trainer that delivers training and consultations to private and government agencies. Recently she has been awarded the Human Resource Development Corporation Training for Trainers Professional Certificate apart from many other credentials such as Certified NLP Basic Practitioner, Certified NLP Coach, Certified NLP Lab Profiling, and Certified NLP Student Trainer.
